TOUR PROGRAMME IN DETAILS:
DAY 01:
Departure from Mumbai International Airport by Keniya Airlines by Flight No KQ-205 at 06:45 AM in the early Morning and arrival at Kenya 10.30 and further connecting flight KQ :- 484 at 12:30 PM and arrival at Dar Es Salaam at 14:15 PM and further on arrival meet our representative and transferred to hotel and whole day relax.
IN FLIGHT
DAY 02:
You will arrive at Julius Nyerere International airport in Dar es salaam and you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
STAY AT DAR ES SALAAM
DAY 03:
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Serengeti. On arrival the guides will be waiting to pick you up and proceed with safari in Serengeti. You will have en route as you go to check in for lunch. Afterwards proceed with the afternoon game drives where you will spot several animals and bird species. In the evening head back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
STAY AT SEENGETI
DAY 04:
On this day, you will leave the hotel for a full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes. You will spot animals such as the elephants, lions, zebras, antelopes, wildebeests, leopards, cheetahs, warthogs, hyenas, giraffes and a thousand bird species among others. In the evening head back to your camp for dinner and overnight stay.
STAY AT SERENGETI
DAY 05:
After an early breakfast, you will check out and depart for Kilimanjaro. You will have hot lunch on the way. On arrival, you will head to Moshi for your drop off at your hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay.
STAY AT KILIMANJARO
DAY 06:
On this day, after breakfast, you will visit Kilimanjaro National Park and trek through Marangu route which might take 3-4 hrs. Afterwards, you will go for a coffee farm visit with a local guide. Enjoy hot local dish and drive back to your hotel for some relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
STAY AT KILIMANJARO
DAY 07:
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch you local mid- morning flight to Zanzibar. On arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for some relaxation, meals and overnight stay.

You will have a whole day relaxing in the beach.

You will picked up from your hotel and be transferred to Abha Id Karume Airport in Zanzibar to catch your flight by Kenya Airlines at 09-55AM by KQ-485 and arrival at Nairobi and further connecting flight to Mumbai and night journey in flight.

POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- Booking will not be processed without Passport Copies of all passengers inspite of payment.
- Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
- Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching.
- The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 1st March 2025. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. We will not be held responsible for the same.
- Passengers missing flights to note that the entire ticket gets no show and new return ticket needs to be bought by the passengers themselves.
- Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. We will not be liable for the same.
- Coaches are non-wheel chair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.
- Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.
- Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
- You are requested to keep the coach clean.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
- The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
- A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
