Morning ARRIVAL AT Jammu by 9AM and followed by breakfast at Jammu railway station and further drive to Srinagar and it takes 8 to 9 hrs drive 250km and Lunch on the way at outside restaurant and arrival at Srinagar by early evening and transfer to respective hotel .Evening at leisure at Dal lake for boating.(By Own Cost) Night stay at Srinagar.

SRINAGAR

Day 04 :

Morning after Breakfast departure to The Paradise on Earth is Kashmir which has some of the most beautiful scenery. One such unexplored gem that is ideal for a day trip is Doodhpathri which is close to Srinagar. We have planned a one-day excursion to Doodhpathri from Srinagar. Reserve the ideal one-day travel package from Srinagar to Doodhpathri and take pleasure in a stimulating drive through green meadows and attractive valleys

SRINAGAR

Day 05 :

Early Morning proceed to Leh via Sonmarg, Jojila pass (11578 ft.) and Drass (en-route tea, breakfast, lunch will be served) at Kargil and visit Kargil Museum after lunch(by own cost) break after covering the places Drass on the way, Arrive Kargil in the evening & transfer to hotel for rest. (220 kms. Appx.)

KARGIL

Day 06 :

Morning after breakfast departure for Sura valley and Rongdum , approximately 130 km from Kargil. The journey offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and takes about 5–6 hours. Explore the 18th century Rangdum Gompa, perched at 4,031 meters. Admire its fortified structure, ancient murals, thangkas, and statues. The monastery offers panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. Engage with resident monks to learn about their daily life and spiritual practices. Remember to respect local customs, such as removing shoes before entering prayer areas and avoiding loud conversations. Drive to PensiLa Pass(approximately25 km from Rangdum) to witness as Stunning sunset over the Zanskar Range. The area is known for its breathtaking views and is a great spot for photography.

RANGDUM

Day 07 :

Morning after breakfast Visit Karsha Monastery (14 km) Largest monastery in Zanskar; offers great views and interaction with monks. Visit Sani Monastery (6 km) One of the oldest in the region with links to Kanishka and Naropa. Sheela Water fall(8km)Enjoy a Relaxed moment or even a dip in the natural pool (in summer). Return to Padam, Rest and recharge.

PADAM

Day 08 :

Morning after early breakfast departure from Kargil. It is 230km in the way we can see Snow-covered mountains and blue skies make this a photography hotspot. Offers spectacular views of DrangDrung Glacier (the second-largest glacier in Ladakh). After 7 hours of journey we will reach kargil & checkin into the hotel

KARGIL

Day 09 :

Early morning proceed to Leh via Mamik-La, Hemiskat, Fatu-La, (13479 ft.) lamura-SaspoleNimo. On the way we cover the places like drive (SHAM VALLEY) to downstream along the River Indus on Leh – Kargil Highway and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar River. Evening at leisure and Overnight at Hotel in Leh Arrive Leh by afternoon & transfer to hotel. (214 kms. Appx.)

LEH

Day 10 :

Morning after breakfast by 9 AM. breakfast we proceed for Indus Valley Monastery Starting with Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism, Thiksey Monastery an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh, 3 Idiots Rancho School & Sindhu Ghat. Followed by Lunch and further drive to Hall of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian . After visiting above places we drive back to Leh. Evening at leisure to explore the city on your own. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

LEH

Day 11 :

After early breakfast full day sightseeing covering khardungla Pass (18380 ft.-World’s highest altitude motor able Road). On the way you will enjoy the Khardong village, Khalser village. Night stay at Nubra valley. And as you enjoyed the ride of double humped camel on the white sand dunes. Nubra Valley Known as Ldumra (the valley of flowers) is situated in the north of Leh. The average altitude of the valley is about 10,000 ft. above the sea level. The main attraction in this area is the Bactarian Camels (Shaggy double hump Camel) around sand dunes, Deskit and Samstanling monasteries. This Tour can be organized for 3 days 2 nights stay.

NUBRA VALLEY

Day 12 :

Morning after breakfast departure for TURTUK the distance is around 70 kilometer. And on arrival tea break .Turtuk is a village in the union territory of Ladakh, India. One of the northernmost villages in the country, Turtuk is situated in the Leh district of the Nubra Valley. We MAKE PLAN TO Siachen Glacier base Camp if we not go to Turtuk village. So we have two option either visit Turtuk or visit Siachen Glacier Base camp up tpKumarghat check post.

NUBRA VALLEY

Day 13 :

Early Morning after breakfast drive to next destination pangong lake via Shyok and onto Tang Tse and Spangmik ( Pangong). It’s a short cut and it’s a beautiful route. The road follows the Shyok river, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village. It took us less than an hour to reach Shayok, and we were delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque. Afternoon we reach at Pangong lake and enjoy your day at pangong lake. Overnight stay in CampVisit the beautiful Pangong Lake forms a part of the border area between India and China. This Large, serene Lake at an altitude of 13,930 fts above the sea level has a brilliant color variation including deep blue, turquoise etc. Enjoy your Packed Lunch (optional) on the bank of Lake. Night stay at Pangon Lake.

PANGONG LAKE

Day 14 :

Morning after Breakfast departure to Hanley & it takes 276 km drive around take 6 hours. Hanle- a quaint village close to the Indo-China border. on the way we pass through the villages of Chumathang, Mahe, Nyoma, loma and Rhongo. Upon arrival we visit The Indian Astronomical Observatory- it is the world’s highest observatory ,operated by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics.

HANLE

Day 15 :

Morning after breakfast departure for Leh and it takes 5 hrs drive and return by evening and rest day at Leisure.

LEH

Day 16 :

Morning after breakfast departure for keylong by road and it takes 10 hrs drive ,, start your journey towards Sarchu . En route, enjoy the drive through Gata Loops which is a series of 21 hairpin bends that leads to the top of one of the highest motorable passes in the Ladakh region, Nakee La Pass. Your next stopover would be Lachung La Pass, yet another high mountain pass in the region. Take a photo stop on the More Plains where a large stretch of green land is bordered by the mighty Himalayas on all sides. Have lunch at Pang or the nearby area. Upon reaching JIspa followed by rest and night stay .

JISPA

Day 17 :

Morning after breakfast drive to Manali , On the way to Jispa to Manali you will travel through the famous Atal Tunnel, one of the longest underground highways in the world. Move ahead for Sissu and Keylong – the laid-back region where natural beauty remains untouched in its most pristine form. Here you can explore the beautiful Sissu Lake and Sissu Waterfall. Explore the lush green Bhaga valley, and then reached Manali and followed by Check in to the Hotel and evening Leisre at Manali.

MANALI

Day 18 :

Morning after Breakfast it is whole day Leisure and shopping at Manali and whole day rest.

MANALI

Day 19 :

Morning after Breakfast departure for Chandigarh and it takes 10 hrs drive and on arrival transferred to Chandigarh Railway station for connecting train to Kolkata.

NOTE:

Inner Line Permit :- – ILP is available at the DC office in Leh. Either you can get it yourself or your travel agent can arrange it for you. Only your names will be required. Be sure to include all these names in the ILP to avoid any problems –
Mahe, Nyoma, Tsaga, Rezang La, Chushul, Merak and Man. Since this route goes along the Indo-Sino border, Border Police can reject permission anytime. Who can go – As of to day(2014) only domestic visitors can get the ILP for this route. If you are planning this route, make sure all are Indian Nationals and carry valid ID.
