TOUR PROGRAMME IN DETAILS:

DAY 01:

Departure from Mumbai international Airport by kenya Airways by flight No KQ-203For Cape Town at 02:40 AM. So reporting at Mumbai airport at 11:30 PM and followed by immigration and rest journey in flight.

IN FLIGHT

DAY 02:

Arrival at Cape Town at 13:00 PM by afternoon and followed by immigration and meet our representative and transferred to the respective hotel followed by hotel Check in and Lunch and at afternoon just relax the day at Cape Town.

STAY AT CAPE TOWN

DAY 03:

After breakfast, proceed for a memorable Half-Day Cape Town City Tour. Your first stop is the world-famous Table Mountain (weather permitting), one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Enjoy a ride on the state-of-the-art revolving cableway, which offers spectacular 360° panoramic views of Cape Town, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Camps Bay, the Hottentots Holland Mountains, and the breathtaking Cape Peninsula stretching towards Cape Point.

After descending from the mountain, continue exploring the “Mother City.” Drive past Signal Hill, where the historic Noon Day Gun is fired daily (except Sundays), and visit the vibrant Bo-Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter), renowned for its brightly coloured houses and rich cultural heritage. The tour also passes some of Cape Town’s most iconic landmarks, including the Grand Parade, City Hall, the historic Castle of Good Hope, and the South African Cultural History Museum. After the tour, return to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

STAY AT CAPE TOWN

DAY 04:

Morning after Breakfast a full day Cape Peninsula Tour. Proceed on your full day tour of Cape Point / Cape Peninsula. The breath-taking views of Clifton and Camps Bay as we head down the Cape Peninsula, passing the pristine soft white sand beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, with the 12 Apostles rising above the chilly blue Atlantic Ocean below. Take a boat ride to Seal Island from Mariner’s Wharf. Our tour continues over Chapman’s Peak which offers amazing photo opportunities, and onto the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. A scenic drive along the world famous Chapman’s Peak Drive. Visit Simon’s Town and the African Penguins at the Boulders Penguin Colony.

STAY AT CAPE TOWN

DAY 05:

Morning after breakfast Proceed to Knysna. It takes 5 hrs drive, En route you will visit, Cango caves-comprises an underground wonderland of stalactites and stalagmites, Cango Ostrich farm: for some unique experiences, including ostrich racing, Cango Wildlife Ranch where you will see cheetah, lion, puma, jaguar and our rare White Bengal tigers in action. Later drive to your hotel in Knysna, Evening, you check into the hotel.

STAY AT KNYSNA

DAY 06:

Arrive at Knysna. Knysna nestles on the banks of a breathtakingly pretty lagoon, now a protected marine reserve that is home to the extraordinary Knysna seahorse and over 200 species of fish. A visit to Knysna would be incomplete without a trip to the heads – a striking geological feature made up of a pair of huge, brightly coloured cliffs lying at the mouth of the lagoon. The eastern head houses a lookout with spectacular views of the lagoon, Leisure Isle and Knysna. This is home of the only forest elephant in South Africa.

STAY AT KNYSNA

DAY 07:

Morning after breakfast as per the local flight timings, Proceed to George Airport, to board a flight for Johannesburg. (Flight not included) Arrive in Johannesburg and proceed to Sun City, internationally renowned as South Africa’s premiere holiday resort and it offers a multitude of attractions and activities to keep everyone occupied. Overnight at Sun City.

STAY AT KNYSNA

DAY 08:

Morning after breakfast journey  to Pilanesberg National Park, which will delight game viewers as it is home to the Big 5. The national park lies inside a 1300-million-year old volcanic complex and offers a wide variety of beautiful landscape. Check in the lodge. Enjoy your lunch and evening is at leisure. Overnight at Pilanesberg. Game Drives at Pilanesberg National Park (costs not included) Hot Air Ballooning (costs not included) Quad Biking, Archery, Mountain bike Trails, Chimp & Zee Rope Adventure, Quatro Bounce, (costs not included). Enjoy a game drives to spot the Big 5. In Africa, the Big 5 game animals are the Lion, Leopard, Black Rhinoceros, Elephant and Buffalo.

STAY AT PILANESBERG

DAY 09:

Whole Day activities with Pilanesberg Jungle tour activities. It’s an early start today as we have a quick snack and set off before the sun rises its head. This is a great time for game viewing as we may have the opportunity to see some of the nocturnal creatures before they hide away. Pilanesberg National Park is home to a wide variety of animals including the Big 5. After your wild start to the day we will return to the lodge for a delicious breakfast after which you will have time to relax at the lodge and enjoy the facilities on offer. Lunch will be served around 2 pm. After lunch we will depart on our afternoon game drive which may continue into the early hours of the evening. On our return to the lodge we will have dinner. Your day will end around a warm camp fire, reminiscing about the day’s events.

STAY AT PILANESBERG

DAY 10:

Morning after Breakfast Check out from the Jungle Lodge and drive to Johannesburg and it takes 3 hrs  and on arrival transferred to respective hotel and day free and leisure  for the rest of the day.

STAY AT JOHANNESBURG

DAY 11:

Morning after breakfast departure to Johannesburg international Airport for connecting flight to Mumbai by kenya Air by flight No:- KQ-761 at 12:01 PM. So boarding to the flight and night journey in flight.

OVERNIGHT IN FLIGHT

Arrival at Mumbai by early Morning with sweet memories.

POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

  1. Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
  2. Booking will not be processed without Passport Copies of all passengers inspite of payment.
  3. Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
  4. Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching.
  5. The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 1st March 2025. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. We will not be held responsible for the same.
  6. Passengers missing flights to note that the entire ticket gets no show and new return ticket needs to be bought by the passengers themselves.
  7. Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
  8. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. We will not be liable for the same.
  9. Coaches are non-wheel chair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.
  10. Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.
  11. Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
  12. You are requested to keep the coach clean.
  13. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
  14. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
  15. The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
  16. There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
  17. A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
